How It Works

4. Receive your refund or exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or send your replacement items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it right away.
